SHABTI
A fine painted wooden shabti with a white colourwash, belonging to a woman. The tripartite wig is painted blue-black, adorned at the ends in yellow and the facial features are detailed in black. The face and hands are red, the collar is a pale yellow. On the back of the figure are two waterpots suspended from a yoke and a very faded basket. The text is in a single vertical column on the front of the figure, within red borders, now faded.
