This votive green faience plaque depicts the famous scene of the goddess Hathor in her animal form in a thicket of papyrus. This image originates in the Theban mountains, where the tombs are found. The goddess carries a solar disk between horns which recalls her role as the mother of Re. At her neck shines a large collar with a pendant in the form of a lotus. A small hole at the left indicates that the object was meant to be suspended.
