Leather strap rolled up on itself

Leather strap rolled up on itself, giving it the shape of a foot. The leather has become very brittle with time and the upper section is clearly broken. This type of leather strap had a more domestic than military usage. Its original colour has disappeared and the leather has become much like horn.
