The Chicago Tutankhamun statue i







The Chicago Tutankhamun statue in the course of reconstruction. Small holes were drilled to allow the restoration, based on the better preserved Cairo statue and other parallels, to be attached. Larger metal rods were used to affix the head to the torso.
